- We want to hear how fertility and concerns about family building affected your cancer journey. Please share details about who you are, where you live, your diagnosis, etc.
- Explain how insurance coverage (or lack of it) impacted your fertility preservation choices.
- Please add anything you think is important for future patients, care givers, clinicians or policy makers to know!
Tips for recording:
- Whether you’re recording from your phone or desktop, just make sure that you’re in proper lighting, without too much background noise and the camera angle gets your full face (torso up)!
- We will edit out any imperfections later so don’t worry about it being perfect, just be genuinely you! Thank you!
