Sahaya Walks 2020
On the occasion of Sahaya Walks 2020, we are creating a video montage (or "Tribute") of our supporters and well-wishers. We invite you to contribute, and share a message of hope, love and inspiration towards our friends across the globe, including the many children and. youth who benefit from our programs.
A montage of selected video contributions will be shown at our online event on October 11, while additional contributions may be shared online at a later date. Your messages of love and hope will also be sent to the HIV-affected children in India who are being helped via the Sahaya Walks fundraising activities. Please scroll down for the waiver (which is a standard procedure) that applies to your submission.

Please try to keep your message to maximum 30 seconds.
To give you some ideas of what you can talk about, below are a few questions. But you can also convey any other messages of hope, support and compassion. It can even be a quote, a short poem, or a few lines of one of your favorite songs! Or it can just be a short "hello" or "best wishes" message. You can decide if you like to give your name, or remain anonymous!
Don't be afraid or shy to submit a short video. Just be yourself, and speak from the heart.
It will make for an unforgettable gift that shares our collective love and appreciation, especially towards the children across the globe.
We need to receive all videos by October 5 to have enough time to make the video montage. Don't wait to submit!

WAIVER
By uploading a video, I hereby grant permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that my video can be included in the video-montage and broadcasted on October 11th, 2020. Afterwards, excerpts may be shared online with the network of supporters/well-wishers, and the children that Sahaya helps across the globe. I hereby irrevocably authorize Sahaya International to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these videos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Sahaya International from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. By submitting this form, I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS AS EVIDENCED in this form.
