What are we doing?

In honor of 25 years of Palliative Care service at UCSF, we're producing a video tribute for the Division of Palliative Medicine (DPM). We warmly welcome current DPM members, alumni, colleagues, and friends to capture and share a brief video (up to 30 seconds), which will be incorporated into a collective presentation showcased at our 25th Anniversary Symposium.

Prompts are provided as guidance but feel free to speak on anything that inspires reflection, gratitude, and hope. Please be sure to include your name and your connection to the DPM (role or years involved with the Palliative Care community).

Questions to answer in your video

• Share your best wishes, gratitude, advice, hopes for the future. (i.e. advice to new members in the field, significance of the 25th anniversary and how it affects the community as a whole).
• Share a memory or meaningful experience you've experienced with the DPM. How has your life been impacted either personally or professionally by the DPM?
