Tribute creators have total control over the privacy settings of their video, simply access the settings page and set a password the protect the Tribute page and final video.

Yes. You can rearrange clips, trim video messages, adjust audio volume, and add transitions to compile everything into a polished montage.

We support all major video file types, including common formats like MP4, MOV, and AVI. For the easiest experience, we recommend guests record and upload directly using our built-in video recorder.

Yes! In addition to the curated tracks in our music library, you can now upload your own audio to use as the soundtrack for your Tribute. We support MP3, WAV, and FLAC files, so whether it's a favorite song, a custom recording, or something meaningful to the recipient, you can make the soundtrack truly personal. Just keep in mind that you're responsible for any rights or permissions associated with the music you upload.

Our Concierge service handles a first pass of editing to make your Tribute feel polished and ready to share. That includes:

• Quality check on every video and audio clip to make sure everything plays correctly
• A custom intro video to kick things off
• Trimming silence from the start and end of each video
• Rotating videos and photos to the correct orientation
• Adjusting volume on clips that are too loud or too quiet
• Adding background music across the full Tribute
• Selectively muting the background music on videos where the contributor's audio is quiet
• Removing or archiving broken or duplicate submissions
• Incorporating your specific requests (like grouping family members together or setting the order of videos)

A quick note on what Concierge isn't: it's a polish pass, not advanced creative editing. We don't produce super cuts, complex trims, or animated graphics.
