You gather the people. We do the editing. A Concierge Tribute works exactly like a DIY one until it's time to cut the video — then our editors take over.
What it costs
- Concierge — $99. Professional editing for up to four hours of collected footage.
- Concierge with Video Book — $149. Everything above, plus a 7" Tribute Video Book. The book is $99 on its own, so bundling brings it down to $50.
You can build your Tribute and look around for free. You only choose a plan when you're ready to invite people to record.
Collecting videos works exactly as it does on DIY
A personalized Tribute page, email invitations, automatic reminders, and simple recording and uploading for your guests. Nothing about that part changes.
Handing it over
Once your deadline has passed, a Ready for our editors? prompt appears on your Tribute page with a Start Concierge button. Click it, tell us anything you'd like us to know, and the team begins.
Starting doesn't close your Tribute. Guests can keep sending videos while we get a head start — so there's no reason to wait for stragglers.
What the first pass includes
- checking every clip plays, with working picture and sound
- a custom intro made for your Tribute
- trimming silence off the start and end of each clip
- rotating anything that came in the wrong way up
- leveling clips that are too loud or too quiet
- background music across the whole Tribute
- bringing the music down under quietly spoken clips
- removing broken, duplicate or unusable videos
- anything you ask for — grouping the family together, choosing what opens and closes
Review and changes
When the first pass is done you can watch it and ask for changes. We keep working with you until it's right — there's no limit on asking.
How long it takes
Editing takes about two days from your deadline. We email you a preview, you approve it, and the final high-resolution version is ready to watch and download a couple of hours later.
If you've ordered a Video Book, USB or DVD, leave roughly a week between your deadline and the day you need it. Digital always arrives first — physical items have 3–4 business days of processing plus shipping. On a tight deadline, email support@tribute.co about expedited shipping.
Concierge or DIY?
DIY — you collect the videos and edit them yourself, using our editor and reminder tools. Everything you need is there; the work is yours.
Concierge — you tell us what matters and we do it. Most people choose it because they're organizing a party at the same time.
