What to do if you have already submitted a video but missed purchasing the e-Gift Card?

As a Tribute Creator

You can submit a test (dummy) video to get to the landing page again and then have the video deleted afterward or have our support team do it for you.

As a Tribute Participant

You can submit another test (dummy) video through the Tribute email invitation and then you will be redirected to the gift card landing page again. Our support team can then delete the test (dummy) video for you.
