How Can I Edit the Tribute's Information After Starting It?

Anything with a dashed outline can be edited where it sits:

• the occasion and the recipient's name in the heading
• the Submit by deadline
• your welcome message
• section titles and descriptions

These save as you go. The Color, Font and Display controls change how your Tribute looks — pick a color, a typeface, and light or dark.

Everything else is in Settings

Click Settings in the right-hand panel. From top to bottom:

• Tribute URL — the address people visit
• Recipient Name
• Welcome Message
• Participant Prompt — the question guests read before they record
• Privacy — password protect this Tribute, and the password itself
• Tribute Options — Party Mode, Share When Finished? (with recipient emails, delivery date, timezone and Share with participants?), and Allow Photo Uploads
• Tribute Package — move up from DIY to Concierge, or to Concierge with Video Book
• Schedule Reminders — Halfway, Day before, Day of and Day after, each showing the date it will send
• Submission Deadline
• Event Date — the actual date of the party or occasion, kept separate from the deadline
• Public Page — whether visitors see the promotional banner
• Gift Settings — Let Participants Add e-Gift Cards, Show Purchased Gifts to Participants?, Enable Goal and Goal Amount

Click Save Settings at the bottom. Nothing in this panel takes effect until you do.

After you've delivered

Settings gains a few more controls once your Tribute is finished:

• Reopen Tribute — puts it back into its live state so you can collect more videos and edit the media. No extra charge.
• Show on the completed page — whether your welcome message appears above the final video
• Show Video Book CTA and Show Keepsakes — what viewers are offered underneath

Party Mode, the participant prompt and the submission deadline lock once a Tribute is delivered. Everything else — including the password and who the video is shared with — stays editable.
