How Do I Manage a Tribute?

The panel

• Settings — your Tribute URL, the recipient's name, the welcome message, the prompt guests see, your password, Party Mode, delivery, photo uploads, your package, reminder emails, the submission deadline, the event date, and gift settings.
• Invite — send invitations, copy the invite link, make a QR code, import a CSV or your Google contacts, and see your Guest List with who has and hasn't submitted.
• Edit Media — the video editor. Reorder clips, trim them, set volumes, add photos, title slides, text, transitions and background music.
• Gifts — group gift contributions. Appears once gifts are switched on.
• More — Preview Tribute page, Upgrade Package, FAQ, See Tribute Timeline, and Delete Tribute.
• Deliver — finish the Tribute and choose how it reaches people.

Edit straight on the page

Anything with a dashed outline can be clicked and changed in place:

• the occasion and the recipient's name in the heading
• the Submit by deadline
• your welcome message
• section titles and descriptions

These save as you go. Changes made inside Settings save when you click Save Settings at the bottom of the panel.

The media grid

Every video and photo appears as a tile. Drag a tile to move it. Select one or more and a toolbar appears with Move to start, Move to end and Remove from tribute. Use Add Media above the grid to add a video, photos, a written message, or background music.

The line next to the MEDIA heading tells you who can see the grid — Visible to everyone or Only visible to you. Click it to change that.

Check it before anyone else does

Preview plays your Tribute as it will look when it's finished. More → Preview Tribute page opens your page in a new tab exactly as a guest sees it.
