We chase people for you. Tribute sends up to five emails to anyone who hasn't submitted yet, and stops the moment they do.
The five emails
- Invitation — sent when you publish your Tribute, with instructions on how to record.
- Halfway — halfway between publishing and your deadline.
- Day before the deadline.
- Day of the deadline.
- Day after the deadline.
Nobody who has already submitted receives a reminder. We track it automatically.
Turn individual reminders on or off
Click Settings in the right-hand panel and scroll to Schedule Reminders. Each one shows the date it will send on, worked out from your deadline. Untick any you don't want and click Save Settings.
Move your deadline and every one of those dates moves with it.
See who's had what
Click Invite in the right-hand panel and scroll to your Guest List. It shows every guest, their email address, and whether their video has arrived. Filter it by who has and hasn't submitted, or search for one person.
Click the three-dot menu next to a guest and open their details for a full Timeline — every email sent, delivered, opened, bounced or unsubscribed. That's where to look when someone insists they never got anything.
You can also use Export → Download guest list to take the whole thing away as a file.
When automated isn't enough
The reminders do most of the work, but a message from you personally converts better than anything we send. Copy your invite link from the Invite panel and text it to the two or three people you know will respond to that.
