How Do I Add or Remove Tribute Guests After Starting a Tribute?

Open your guest list

Click Invite in the right-hand panel. The invite form sits at the top and your Guest List is underneath it.

Add guests

Four ways, all in the same place:

• One at a time — type a name and email, then Add Another Guest for the next.
• Couple/Family — one invitation addressed to two people, or to a household.
• Import CSV — click Download CSV Template, fill it in, and upload it.
• Import from Google — pull names and addresses straight from your contacts.

Click Send Invitations. Anyone added after your Tribute is live gets their invitation straight away. Use Edit body first if you want to change what the email says.

Or share a link instead of an email

Copy invitation link gives you a URL for a text, a WhatsApp group or a work channel. Generate QR Code gives you a code to print on an invitation or put on a screen at an event. There are share buttons for WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and Facebook too.

Remove guests

1. Tick the checkbox next to each guest you want to remove.
2. Click Actions.
3. Click Delete.

Removing a guest stops any future reminders going to them. It does not delete a video they have already sent — for that, see How Do I Delete/Restore Videos?

Finding people in a long list

Filter the list by whether guests have submitted, or search by name or email. Export → Download guest list gives you the whole thing as a file.
