How Do I Add Text onto Individual Videos or Photos?

Add text to a clip

1. Click Edit Media in the right-hand panel.
2. Click the thumbnail of the video or photo you want.
3. Click Text, then Add Text.

You can then set:

• Font — choose from the available typefaces
• Color
• Size — in pixels
• Alignment — left, center or right

Drag the text around the preview to place it exactly where you want. Click Save.

To take it off again, click Delete Text.

The most useful thing to do with this

Name whoever is speaking. In a Tribute with thirty contributors, the person watching almost certainly doesn't know everyone — and “Auntie Jean, Chicago” at the bottom of the frame turns a stranger into a story.

Note. The preview may look softer than the finished article. Your final Tribute is rendered in high definition.
