Yes! Invitees can re-upload/re-record their videos as many times as they want.
All they have to do is visit the same page where they recorded their first video (it can be accessed via the Tribute invitation emails sent to the invitee) and submit a new one.
It is recommended that invitees don’t submit too many videos because multiple videos from one invitee may cause the Tribute video to run longer than expected.
