Tribute automatically sends up to five email reminders to participants who haven't yet submitted a video:
Invite: Sent when the tribute is published, prompting participants to submit a video. Halfway: Sent halfway between the publish date and the deadline.
Day Before Deadline: Sent the day before the deadline.
Day of Deadline: Sent on the deadline day.
Day After Deadline: Sent the day after the deadline.
Each reminder can be turned on or off individually. To manage them, click the Settings icon in the right panel on your tribute page.
To see which reminders have been sent and who has or hasn't submitted, click the Guests icon in the right panel to open the Guest Tracker. From there, you can click the three-dot menu next to any guest to view their full email timeline, including which reminders were sent, delivered, or bounced.
