You can add or remove guests at any time, even after your tribute has been published.
To manage your guest list, click the Guests icon in the right panel on your tribute page. This opens the Guest Tracking panel, where you can see all invitees, their email addresses, submission status, and whether their video has been received.
To remove a guest, select one or more guests using the checkboxes next to their name, then click the Delete Guest button that appears at the bottom of the panel.
To add a new guest, click the Invite icon in the right panel and enter their name and email address. They'll receive an invitation to submit a video right away.
You can also filter the list by All, Submitted, or Not Submitted to quickly see who still needs a nudge, and use the search bar to find a specific guest by name or email.
